The house had some nice period features and the location was convenient, being close to attractions and easy to find parking. We also appreciated the quick responses from the owner/manager when we had questions. Perfect for a romantic getaway!
It was in need of a refresh and a thorough cleaning. There were issues like mildew in the bathroom, beds with thin mattresses, and a garden littered with cigarette butts.

Dirty work surfaces and overflowing ashtrays upon arrival, indicating poor cleanliness standards. Uncomfortable sofa bed not suitable for adults.

We had a fantastic Christmas break at this hotel! the location was super convenient, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. the house itself was cozy and clean, with plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy the festive season. the best part was the huge dining table, perfect for our Christmas feast! We also appreciated the helpful welcome pack that provided all the essentials we needed. a wonderful experience.
There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the kitchen was missing a few utensils, making it a bit challenging to cook a family meal.
